Return Policy

We offer a refund or exchange within 1 day from the date of purchase. If 1 day has passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
(i) The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
(ii) The item must be returned in its original packaging.
(iii) Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Only items found to be defective or damaged will be eligible for replacement, subject to verification.

Certain categories of products may be exempt from return or refund. These exempted items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

Once a return or exchange request is accepted, the returned item will be inspected by our team. You will be notified by email regarding receipt and approval of the returned or exchanged product. Upon successful quality verification, the request will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation
    Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and the preparation or delivery process has begun. In such cases, customers may choose to reject the order at the time of delivery.

  2. Perishable Items
    Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as food, eatables, or similar products. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer can clearly establish that the delivered product was of poor quality.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our customer service team within 2 days of receipt. The request will be reviewed after verification by the seller/merchant.

  4. Product Not as Described
    If the product received is not as shown on the platform or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product. After reviewing the complaint, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

  5. Manufacturer Warranty
    For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to directly contact the manufacturer for support and resolution.

  6. Refund Processing
    Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2 days and credited back to the original mode of payment.
